Customer Case #9895 – Smooth and secure e-mail migration after hosting provider change to Metanet

For a well-known SME customer in Bern, we carried out extensive mail server configuration work and the migration of all mailboxes as part of a hosting changeover to the provider Metanet. The migration took place without interrupting the mail services, and all emails were transferred completely and without errors.

We also cleaned up duplicate emails that had been created as a result of an earlier system error. This reduced the storage space used in the mailboxes by around 50 %.

The result: a stable, optimized mail environment with significantly improved efficiency and performance.
