Customer Case #8917 – Development of a sample letter generator for the Foundation for Consumer Protection

For our client, the Foundation for Consumer Protection (SKS), we have realized two web-based applications that simplify access to important legal and administrative topics.

Firstly, we developed the will generator, a digital tool that guides users step by step through the relevant aspects of Swiss inheritance law. On this basis, an individual will is automatically created, which serves as a template for a handwritten will. After entering their personal details, the user receives a PDF document to print out and save.

In addition, we implemented the sample letter generator, which enables letters to be created online in compliance with data protection regulations using predefined templates. For example, a health insurance termination notice can be filled out completely online and correctly addressed. Here too, the user can download a finished PDF at the end.

On the administrator side, any number of templates can be created and managed in the backend. Dynamic text elements and shortcodes are available to automatically insert certain content – such as the current date, the current year or other recurring information – into the document. This ensures that the user saves time on the front-end side and always works with up-to-date generated documents.

Both solutions impress with their clear structure, high level of user-friendliness and reliable implementation of data protection requirements.
